Director, US Sales


As the Director of US Sales, you will be responsible for increasing out-bound domestic sales, developing corporate sales, enhancing strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and business partners. You will capitalize on your experience working with distributors and representatives to maximize their ability to identify quality opportunities to increase Telewave revenue. In the end, you will take advantage of your well-developed contacts in Telecom and RF ecosystem to create opportunity for Telewave, and:

  • Lead direct, out-bound sales, including prospecting, qualification, proposing and negotiating with customers.
  • Create awareness of, and develop opportunities for, Telewave products and solutions through effective use of business partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the global sales team, representatives and distributors.

Required Qualifications

Building on your experience in customer-facing sales and sales management, some of the key qualifications for this role include:

  • Understanding of and practice of strategic out-bound selling skills, knowledge of structuring complex business models, negotiation and contract skills, presentation skills.
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with potential prospects.
  • Demonstration of strong leadership while being a team player, with excellent management and coaching skills.
  • A proven ability to communicate goals and develop strategies with Senior Management.
  • The ability to define regional sales strategies and tactics to support overall corporate strategy, including enhanced use of business partners to achieve success.
  • Ten years of experience in Sales, specific selling RF products into Telecom, Federal and State accounts is a plus.
  • Experience managing a global distribution network for Telecom RF products.
