Products sold by Telewave, Inc. and covered by this Warranty are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of and for a specified period after delivery to the Buyer. Seller's entire warranty obligation is limited to making adjustments by repair, replacement, or refunding the purchase price of any product which is returned to the Seller as provided below within the specified period from the date of shipment by the Seller.

MARKETING: Telewave has the right to use customer’s name and logo for any of its marketing purposes.

CANCELLATION: A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for any order cancellation.

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages must be made to the seller within 30 calendar days after date of shipment from the seller's plant.

You agree that we offer Telewave.com to you as a standard shopping cart solution for buying Products online. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by the Terms of Use or your usage of Telewave.

You indemnify, defend, and hold us and our Affiliates (collectively, "Indemnified Persons") harmless from any claims and third party claims, demands, liability, loss, costs, or expenses, including damage awards, settlement amounts, and legal fees brought against any Indemnified Persons, arising from or related to your use of Telewave.

You expressly understand and agree that we and our Affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, accidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill or business reputation, loss of use or data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other tangible or intangible losses, relating to your use of Telewave.

We may establish limits concerning your use of Telewave.com, including the maximum duration of content retention by Telewave.com, the maximum number or size of content pieces, files, or messages submitted to or retrieved from Telewave.com, and the frequency with which you may access Telewave.

You agree that you access and use Telewave.com entirely at your own risk. We offer Telewave.com “as is” or “as available”, without any warranties of any kind.

You accept that we, our officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, successors, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliates”), do not represent or warrant to you that: (1) your use of Telewave.

All Telewave.com users should report to us any violations of the Terms of Use, including any suspicious, unapproved, or unlawful content or activity observed on Telewave.com or made available through Telewave.com. Without the direct assistance of our users, it may take us considerable amount of time to identify and confirm erroneous, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited content or activity on Telewave.

A "posting agent" is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that post customer feedback, product reviews, emails, messages, or other content to Telewave.com on behalf of others. “Spam” is unsolicited junk emails, messages, or content submitted to Telewave.

You certify that all identity, contact, address, and payment information provided by you to Telewave.com during checkout or customer account registration is accurate, complete, current, and pertain to your person or business.

You warrant that you are lawfully purchasing and will lawfully possess and/or operate any Telewave Products, Telewave equipment, or other materials made available through Telewave.
