7. User Representations and Warranties

You certify that all identity, contact, address, and payment information provided by you to Telewave.com during checkout or customer account registration is accurate, complete, current, and pertain to your person or business.

You warrant that you are lawfully purchasing and will lawfully possess and/or operate any Telewave Products, Telewave equipment, or other materials made available through Telewave.com, or in connection to Telewave.

You agree that it is your responsibility to know and abide by all of your local laws and regulations, including cellular phone restrictions and radio frequency equipment laws pertaining to buying, importing, receiving, owning, possessing, or operating any cellular phone boosting equipment. You bear all financial and legal responsibility for purchasing, receiving, processing, and/or using any Products you acquire through Telewave.com.

You warrant that, prior to your purchase from Telewave.com, you have confirmed, through a reputable third party source other than Telewave, the lawful nature of all Products ordered through Telewave.com. You further warrant that you will possess, transport, service, and operate all Products purchased from Telewave.com in the location, in the jurisdiction, and in the manner that is completely lawful and in full compliance with all applicable user/owner registration regulations and cellular phone restrictions.

You agree not to sell, resell, distribute, export, ship, trade, or exchange any Products purchased or acquired through Telewave.com, or in connection with Telewave, if such activity violated the law or the Terms of Use.

You warrant that all content you post on or make available through Telewave.com: (1) complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations; (2) does not breach and have not breached any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including rights of intellectual property, publicity or privacy, or rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or contract theories; and (3) is not pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for general public viewing.
